All presented with a tingling Tandoori chaat of sweet potatoes, chunks of barbacued onions and capsicum

Seekh Kebab The traditional seekh of lamb mince with the distinct flavours of coriander, tomatoes, mint and spring onions, creating an extraordinary play of tastes.

Fish Amritarsi Garlic and ajwain laced cod fillets deep fried in gram flour batter.

Murgh Malai Tikka Tikka of chicken marinated with yoghurt, cream and cheese, skewered and chargrilled.

Aloo Tikka Shallow fried potato cakes filled with asafoetida tempered peethi of peas.

Mixed Vegetable Pakora The pakora served are The Real McCoy. Crisp nuggets of onions, vegetables and spices delicately coated in batter and deep fried, best eaten when smothered in the accompanying side sauces.

Chicken Tikka Masala Invented by the world famous – unknown – British curry house chef c1980 as a way of exploiting his already popular Chicken Tikka. We present our own exclusive recipe of succulent Chicken Tikka in smooth Masala.

Dhaba Murgh A Punjab favourite of chicken tikka cooked with ginger, onion, coriander, fresh herbs and native spices. Consequently, producing a well balanced dish, rich in taste, rich in tradition.

Lamb Tawa Dry roasted peppercorns, green peppers, chopped onions and pieces of boneless lamb, stir fried.

Prawn Bhuna Prawns brased in a spicy masala of garlic ginger, onions and tomatoes.

Vegetable Jalfrezi Garden fresh assorted vegetables cooked in a richly spiced invigorating gravy, crowned with pickled ginger juliennes.
